Brief Biography |
| As Director of Technology Research for SMETE.ORG, Dr. Andy Dong directed the development and implementation of technologies for the National SMETE Digital Library at www.smete.org. Dr. Dong's experience spans across the strategic application information technology, from computer-aided design, and e-commerce to digital libraries. He held a joint appointment with the Department of Mechanical Engineering at UC Berkeley as a Lecturer in computer-aided design and new product development. Dr. Andy Dong received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1997. |
