Abstract:
This presentation will provide the necessary background for
understanding the elements of any effective eLearning experience: Content,
Context, and Community. In particular, Drs. Hsi and Spasojevic will focus on
the range of technologies and educational solutions available for wireless
handheld devices. They will describe current educational uses of handhelds,
and strategies for implementing "mLearning" - mobile learning - as a training
tool by providing examples of today's technology support for eLearning and
the flow of information within organizations.
